Griffin Surveys use machine control in their land surveys.

What is Machine Control?

Machine control is used in civil engineering to accurately position earthwork machinery.  The system uses 3D design models and GPS systems to pinpoint the optimal location for the machinery.

Do I need Machine Control?

When installed in earthwork machinery, machine control improves productivity on work sites when excavating, grading, dredging or piling – eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming engineering works. Machine control enables roads and sewers to be constructed safely by avoiding underground utilities.

Health and Safety:
All of our surveyors are provided with – Construction Skills CSCS Smartcard training.  We are also completely open to adapting to any site specific inductions and procedures.

Equipment:
We believe in using the best equipment available and all of our surveyors use the following Leica Geosystems instruments; Robotic Total Stations, GPS Rovers and Disto Laser Measures. This allows us to conduct highly accurate Hampshire boundary surveys.
